Return Policy


All DBC Brake Kits come with a LIMITED Lifetime Warranty

against warping and cracking from the date the buyer receives the product.

A 20% Restocking fee will apply to ALL canceled orders, NO EXCEPTION!

All mistakes made by the customer is the customer's responsibility and parts will not be accepted as returns.

We won't accept ANY returns on machined/coated parts (except for one of our mistakes)

By purchasing from CrossDrilledRotors.ca, you hereby agree to the following merchandise return and exchange policies:


Return Policy

Defective items may only be exchanged and must be made within 1 year of the purchase. Defective items must be returned with the same items included in the original order. If an item arrives in an unacceptable condition as a result of a manufacturer defect, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.

Non-defective items returned for exchange must be made within 10 days and be in a new and ready-to-sell condition with all original packaging (ONLY PARTS THAT ARE A MISTAKE ON OUR PART, WE WON'T ACCEPT ANY RETURNS IF ITS THE CUSTOMER'S MISTAKE, NO EXCEPTION)  paperwork and parts included. 

If you request an exchange, we will ship your new item after we receive and process your return. Please allow 5-10 business days to process your return once it has been received. If you need a replacement item right away, we suggest placing a new order on our website, or email us at mike@crossdrilledrotors.ca or call us at for expedited ordering. Express shipping charges may apply for rush orders.

All items returned for exchange require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To get an RA#, email mike@crossdrilledrotors.ca with your order number. State the reason for the exchange and your phone number so we can contact you. Also, attach any images as necessary. We'll call you or email you within 24-48 hours (allow additional time for weekends and holidays) with an RA#. Shipments without a proper Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be charged a 50% restocking fee.

Crossdrilledrotors.ca will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstances. Nor will Crossdrilledrotors.ca reimburse for any damages or modifications incurred during installation or use of a product.

Restocking Fees

Items returned for reasons other than defect or Crossdrilledrotors.ca error must be received in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork) and will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Shipments received without a valid RA# clearly posted on the outside of the box will be charged a 50% restocking fee.

  1. All products must be in the original packaging and original condition.

  2. A 50% restocking/warehousing fee will be charged on all returned orders.

  3. Initial shipping charges we incurred to ship you your order are non-refundable.

  4. All products returned must have a valid RMA number provided to you by our customer service department within 10 days of your purchase date -  ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTION.
  5. Partially or fully installed products are non-returnable with the only exception of warranty claims.

I got the wrong parts, how do I proceed?

If a product needs to be returned because of a mistake on our part, we will exchange it or accept a return free of any charge. If you purchased the wrong part you will send them at your cost and we will exchange them.

Incomplete, Damaged, Broken & Defective Parts:

If your order is incomplete, damaged, or if your order is defective, please get in touch with our customer service and explain the situation immediately, please do not install the parts! A brand new product will be shipped out to you along with prepaid return label to send back the original product. 

Warranty Claims:

We guarantee 100% exact fitment based on the vehicle specifications you provide for order confirmation. If for any reason your products do not fit, we will happily replace it free of charge. All products come with a Limited Lifetime warranty against warping and cracking from the date the buyer receives the product.

Limited Lifetime Warranty: This means that we, the manufacturer, are contractually obligated to replace parts of a product that break or are defective over the life of the product. However, we are not legally obligated to replace parts that are not mentioned in the warranty or are broken or misused by the consumer.We are offering a lifetime guarantee on the life of the rotor before its minimum allowed thickness (each rotor has a minimum thickness prescribed by the manufacturer). 

Cancelling Your Order:

We usually ship out every order within 24 business hours. If you want to cancel your order, it must be done within that same 24-hour time frame, and 20% re-stocking fees WILL APPLY. Once your order is shipped, the order cannot be canceled NO EXCEPTION!. If you wish to return your order thereafter you will be subject to 20% restocking fee and initial shipping charges will not be credited. Even though we offer free shipping, we, unfortunately, cannot refund the initial cost of sending the order out to you. Please consult our shipping policy for more details.

Refunds & Credits:

Once your return of product has been approved, a refund will be issued using the original payment method. Initial shipping fees, as well as a 20% restocking fee, will be deducted from your refund. Customers must a give a period of 3 to 5 days before your account is credited. A receipt will be sent to you via email. 
We do not take any responsibility and our guarantee does not cover any damage that is done during the installation of the product or from which results of reckless and or inappropriate driving.
