Return Policy

  1. 1.     Warranty
    1. 100% Fitment Guaranteed
      1. Cross Drilled Rotors guarantees 100% fitment based on the vehicle specifications specified in each listing
      2. It is the buyers responsibility to acknowledge and provide their exact vehicle specifications at the time of purchase. All mistakes made by the customer is the customer's responsibility and parts will not be accepted as returns.
      3. We won't accept ANY returns on machined/coated parts (except for one of our mistakes)
  1. 2.     Cancelled or Exchanged Orders
    1. A cancellation should be placed no later than 24 hours after placing an order.
    2. 20% restocking fees will apply on all canceled orders, no exception.
    3. Non-defective items for an exchange, due to our mistake only, must be made within 10 days and be in a new/ ready to sell condition with all original packaging
    4. If you request an exchange, we will ship your new item after we receive and process your return. Please allow 5-10 business days to process your return once it has been received. If you need a replacement item right away, we suggest placing a new order on our website, or email us at mike@crossdrilledrotors.ca or call us at for expedited ordering. Express shipping charges may apply for rush orders.
    5. All items returned for exchange require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To get an RA#, email mike@crossdrilledrotors.ca with your order number. State the reason for the exchange and your phone number so we can contact you. Also, attach any images as necessary. We'll call you or email you within 24-48 hours (allow additional time for weekends and holidays) with an RA#. Shipments without a proper Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
    6. Shipments received without a valid RA# clearly marked on the outside of the box will be charged a 50% restocking fees.
    7. Cross Drilled Rotors won’t accept any returns on machined or coated parts (except for our mistakes)

 

  1. 3.     Brake Rotors/Drums
    1. 1.5 Year Warranty against cracking
    2. 1 Year Warranty against warping and/or manufacturer defects (must be within the minimum thickness)
    3. This warranty does not apply to rust, mileage, accidents, abnormal operations, or improper installation.
    4. In no event will Cross Drilled Rotors and/or DBC Brakes be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any sort

 

  1. 4.     Brake Pads/Shoes
    1. 30 Days Warranty on manufacturer defects
    2. This warranty does not apply to rust, mileage, accidents, abnormal operations, or improper installation.
    3. In no event will Cross Drilled Rotors and/or DBC Brakes be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any sort

 

  1. 5.     Manufacturer Defects
    1. Cross Drilled Rotor warranties covers any product that is structurally compromised or weakened because of structural failure. It DOES NOT cover zinc plating, rusting, pitting or cosmetic damages, normal wear and tear or damages caused by negligence, lack of maintenance, accident, abnormal operations, track racing, improper installations or services.

 

  1. 6.     Refunds & Credits
    1. Once your return of product has been approved, a refund will be issued using the original payment method. Initial shipping fees, as well as a 20% restocking fee, will be deducted from your refund. Customers must a give a period of 3 to 5 days before your account is credited. A receipt will be sent to you via email.
